With FRITZ! WLAN app you can keep an eye on your wireless network at all times. Use FRITZ! WLAN app for easy connection53rummy.com from your Android smartphone or tablet to the wireless LAN of your FRITZ! Box or any other WLAN router. THE FRITZ! WLAN app also provides useful details about your existing wireless connection. A graphical diagram presented in FRITZ! WLAN app provides additional transparency into the channel assignments of the various devices in your wireless LAN environment.
Since August 2018, Google's technical guidelines have allowed Android applications to display information about the wireless environment only if "location" rights have been enabled for the application. AVM has no influence on these Android guidelines.

* WiFi throughput test information: Your Android device's performance and hardware may impact the result. During measurement, your wireless LAN may slow down.
Information about user rights required for this application:
• Near Field Communication: is used to control wireless connections via NFC / Android Beam
• Device ID: The device ID is used to securely store the password on each individual device.
• Call information: Along with the device ID, the call information belongs to a group predefined by Google. This call information is not used by the application.
• Microphone: The microphone and camera belong to a group predefined by Google. This microphone function is not used by the app.
• Camera access: required to scan QR code
• Vibration: haptic feedback to confirm that the QR code has been read
• Camera flash: may also be required to read QR code
• Wake lock: to turn screen timeout on and off
• Change or delete USB storage/SD card contents: For sharing function, information is cached locally before sending
• Test access to protected memory: Check write rights to USB storage/SD card for sharing function
• Change network connectivity: Establish and clear wireless LAN connections
• Change system settings: Save radio network classification sequence
• Location: Due to Android 6.0 restrictions, location access is mandatory to view surrounding Wi-Fi network information
• Call wireless LAN connections: Check if WLAN is on/off
• Call network connections: Check the status of wireless LAN connections
• Access to all networks: Query the FRITZ firmware / model number! box
